Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility & Timeframes
 ● You can request a return or refund within 5 working days of delivery if:
 ➢ The product was not delivered.
 ➢ The product is defective, expired, or damaged.
 ➢ The product does not match its description or images.
 ➢ A wrong item, size, or color was delivered.
 ● To keep things smooth, both sellers and buyers go through a quick Quality Control (QC) check.
 ● Refund processing starts right after QC approval and is usually completed within 10 working days, depending on the payment method.
 ● For defective or mismatched items, we kindly ask you to share a short unboxing video. This helps us verify the issue quickly and process your refund or replacement faster.
 Order Cancellation

● Buyers may cancel an order within 24 hours of checkout or before the seller confirms started processing (whichever is earlier) at no cost.

● If a cancellation request comes after order processing but before shipment, a small processing fee (2–5% of the order value) may be deducted to cover packaging and handling expenses.

● For customized or made-to-order products, cancellations are not permitted once production has started, and any advance payment may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the seller’s policy.

● If a cancellation is accepted, the seller will issue the eligible refund within 10 working days, using the buyer’s original payment method.
 Return Conditions

We gladly accept returns when:

● The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

● The delivered item is defective, expired, incomplete, or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns if:

● The product is personalized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, food).

● The item has been tampered with, used, or intentionally damaged.

● The item is a digital product (eBooks, software codes) once delivered.

● The item was purchased during a flash sale or clearance (clearly marked as final sale).

Refund Processing

We make refunds as quickly and hassle-free as possible:

Debit/Credit Card → Reversal within 10 working days.

Mobile Wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) → Refund within 3 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) → Bank deposit within 1 working day.

Voucher/Store Credit → Issued within 1 working day (cannot be converted to cash).

Change-of-Mind Returns

● We understand—sometimes you just change your mind. But generally, change-of-mind returns aren’t accepted after purchase, unless required under Bangladeshi consumer laws.

● In case of wrong size/color dissatisfaction, exchanges may be allowed if the product is unused and in perfect condition (depending on seller's policy).

Step-by-Step Process


● Buyer initiates the return request within the eligibility period.

● The product is sent to our QC center for inspection.

● If approved, refund/replacement is initiated via your chosen method.

● Refund completed within the timelines listed above.

Special Cases & Exceptions

Overshipped, expired, or wrong items → Immediate refund or replacement, no questions asked.

Damaged packaging but intact product → Return not valid unless the product itself is damaged.
